One Time Angels' Singer and guitarist Doug Sangalang was a member of Screw 32 and Limp, lead guitarist Scott Hay was in The Receivers and The Plus Ones, bassist Mickey Dunegan was previously in Fury 66, and drummer Eric Alexander was in San Francisco's great Saint James Infirmary. "Tricks And Dreams" features melodic and sometimes delicate punk with pop hooks in the vein of Jawbox and Jawbreaker. This was One Time Angels' final release after their excellent Adeline Records full-length "Sound Of A Restless City."
